We took the kids to the State Fair on Saturday. Jaycee couldn't get enough of the animals. She wanted to stop and pet every cow, goat, sheep and pig. Gavin, not so much. He really like the gigantic boar that weighed in a 865 lbs! We ran into Matt Warner from Grantsville who had some cows in the show, and he let them pet his cows. The best part about the animals was when we were in the sheep barn. We were standing there looking at Pitt's Colombia's when Gavin turns to me and says, "Mom what the heck is that huge sack hanging from the sheep belly?" Of course, he stated this loudly and sent many parents laughing. One guy turned to me and said, "What are you going to say to that, Mom?" I thought carefully before I spook and then remembering the magic zipper story, said to Gavin, "That's what makes him a boy." He was good with that and I felt I had dodge a bullet. We also got to ride the big yellow slide. If you have ever been to the fair, you know what that is all about. However, the highlight of the entire fair was going to a 4-wheeler tent and riding on camo 150 4-wheelers and the mini dune buggys. Gavin informed Phil and I that we could easily afford 2 new bikes for him and Jaycee. Oh, how we would love to, but I'm just a tad bit nervous that the medical bills would far out weigh the price tag when all was said and done. Maybe someday.... Kyson was great at the fair. He was smiling for everyone and was happy as pie.
